CUROXEN a Breakthrough Homeopathic Medicine Wins Shelf Space at Meijer

Used to Fight Infection and Treat Minor Wounds Without the Use of Antibiotics, CUROXEN Recently Launched at Natural Products Expo West in Anaheim

AUSTIN, Texas (April 26, 2017) – On the heels of their successful product launch at Natural Products Expo West in Anaheim, California in March, OrganiCare announced that Midwest retailer Meijer will carry CUROXEN (kyur-ox-in) on shelf as part of its First Aid assortment. CUROXEN, an FDA-registered homeopathic medicine, is an all-natural OTC (over-the-counter) first aid ointment made with certified organic ingredients that is safe for the entire family to use.

“It’s a great win for us to be in all Meijer stores. We know getting CUROXEN in front of consumers, on the shelf next to traditional first aid products is key to educating consumers about their options,” said OrganiCare CEO and Co-Founder, Caroline Goodner.

“We were surprised that even at the top natural products show where we spoke with thousands of people over the course of three days, many were not aware that the first aid ointments they commonly use contain antibiotics and synthetic ingredients,” stated OrganiCare Chairman and Co-Founder, David Shockley.

“Bottom line is that CUROXEN proves you do not need to treat common, every day wounds using a product that contains synthetic ingredients or antibiotics in order to be effective at killing germs and preventing infections.”

Drug-resistant “superbugs” have been identified by the World Health Organization (WHO) as one of the “greatest threats to human health” and continues to dominate the news today as a “huge threat,” according to recent article in the New York Times.

CUROXEN has been independently lab tested and is proven* to be up to five times more effective at killing bacteria than leading first aid ointments. It is the first product to market by OrganiCare, an Austin-based company with one simple mission: to create highly effective all-natural product alternatives in the OTC healthcare space.

OrganiCare is a privately funded start-up company based in Austin, Texas. CUROXEN is their first all-natural, organic OTC healthcare product to be introduced. CUROXEN is currently available online at Amazon and on shelf at all Meijer stores. CUROXEN is slated for distribution in other major drugstores and grocery retailers, including Harris Teeter, H-E-B, ShopRite and select independent Good Neighbor Pharmacies nationwide.

*In vitro bacteria log reduction testing was performed according to ASTM E2315, an FDA-recognized standard, by Nelson Laboratories, a certified, independent laboratory. Bacteria levels were measured after one hour of contact with the product. See complete chart of results at curoxen.com/science.
